  • As of September 2023, I shut down Simple Habits to focus my time on other meaningful work. To thank my subscribers for their support over the years, I’m offering a free download of the course for a limited time. Follow this link to download the course lessons, workbook and additional resources.

  • If you’re having trouble logging into your Master YouTube account, it’s most likely that you’re using an expired login page. Try going to my new course site at community.mattdavella.com and logging in using the email you signed up for the course with. If you forgot your password, you can follow the steps on that page to reset it.

  • The doors to Master YouTube are always open. Twice a year I offer discounts so subscribe to my newsletter for updates.

  • The Master YouTube course platform rarely experiences downtime, so if you’re having trouble playing back your lessons here are a few things you can do to try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Go to fast.com to test your internet speed. Sometimes video playback issues happen with low internet speeds.

    2. Update your internet browser.

    3. Try playing back the lesson in another browser.

    4. Turn off your VPN & any firewalls you may be using. These can sometimes block video playback.

    If none of these troubleshooting methods resolve your problem, it might be because the hosting site is having temporary maintenance. If that’s the case, the downtime shouldn’t take long to correct itself.

  • I don't actually offer a subscription plan. If you are making multiple payments for Master YouTube, it’s because you selected the payment plan at checkout. If you’re still inside the 30-day refund window, I’d be happy to cancel all future payments and refund your initial installment.

  • You can find the Master YouTube community in the same place as the course content. Go to community.mattdavella.com to get both.

  • I recently stopped updating and offering support for Goodbye Metrics so I can focus on other meaningful projects. I might kick it back up again in the future so if you'd like updates sign up for my newsletter.
